MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Two A Levels at grade C or above, Maths being essential, or BTEC National Diploma/Certificate in Construction. An equivalent professional qualification or previous experience in the industry.


PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
The HNC in Construction (Civil Engineering pathway) is ideal for those wanting to continue their training to become, for example, chartered surveyors, site managers, architectural technicians, estimators or building inspectors. We have recognised that is a much-needed step into higher education for the construction industry.

ASSESSMENT
Continuing ongoing planned assignments and practical assignment tasks in some units.

Year Two: // Construction Information (Drawing, Detailing, Specification) // Mathematics for Construction // Principles of Structural Design
