Build up your skills before becoming an Apprentice

What is a Traineeship?
Traineeships provide additional support for motivated individuals wishing to start an Apprenticeship, aged 16-24 to launch their career.

This Government backed initiative is aimed at candidates who lack confidence, and need to gain further qualifications and work related skills before starting an Apprenticeship. The programmes offer work preparation training, an opportunity to improve English and maths and a high quality work placement. We’ll also support you to gain confidence with invaluable skills such as CV writing, interview techniques and job searching.
