ESC Hosts a Successful AHT Regional Event!

Colleges and training providers from across the South came together at East Surrey College on Monday 3 February to compete in the Southern Area Association of Hairdressers & Therapists (AHT) Regional Heats. 

Hairdressers, Nail and Make-Up artists battled it out in a range of competitions to showcase their skills, in competitions such as Body Art, Editorial Make-Up, Team Bridal and Fantasy Hairdressing. 

The Winter Garden and Beauty Salons were transformed into a creative display of body paint, eye shadow and hair ornaments, as the competitions ran throughout the day. The Heats came to an end in the afternoon, with a thank you from AHT and the announcement of the results. 

We are excited to say that ESC students won an impressive 18 Awards, with all winning students heading up to Blackpool for the National Finals in March!
