Cabin Crew take on BA Flight Training!

Cabin Crew take on BA Flight Training!

Date: 11 March 2019

In early February, Cabin Crew Level 2 students travelled to London Heathrow Airport to take part in the British Airways Safety Equipment & Procedures (SEP) Awareness Day.

The SEP training course, which took place at BA's Global Learning Academy, covered areas such as firefighting, use of the evacuation slides and a pilot incapacitation drill, all of which are vital knowledge for those training for an aviation career. Cabin Crew students benefitted from training with experienced instructors, who went through the theory of dangerous goods and firefighting and led practical exercises covering emergency and evacuation procedures.

The students left with a BA certificate, and feeling exciting for the career path ahead of them!
