
Employer Satisfaction Survey 2019

The Department for Education (DfE) published in November 2019, the national, compulsory Further Education Choices Survey Results for Colleges and Training Organisations in England.
Between March and July 2019, over 53,400 businesses took part in the Employer Satisfaction Survey across 1,183 Colleges and other training providers in the UK, answering questions detailing their experiences of the training and responsiveness they had received.
East Surrey College have consistently been ranked high in the past years and we are proud to secure a fantastic 95.6 per cent for 2019, placing us 1st across colleges in Surrey and Sussex by businesses for Employer Satisfaction in the latest results.
The College’s Vice-Principal of Business Development (College Group) Kam Dehal commented, “It’s an incredible achievement for us to consistently be one of the highest scoring colleges in the country, we take pride in ensuring employers’ needs are being consistently being fulfilled and meet. Programmes are adapted and reviewed to ensure they mirror the local requirements for work and are ambitious.”
The College’s Apprenticeship programme offer continues to grow strongly, with a wide range of Apprenticeships from Intermediate (Level 2) and Advanced (Level 3) to Higher and Degree levels (Levels 4,-7).
