MEI Maths Competition - Round 2

MEI Maths Competition - Round 2

Date: 17 February 2022

Following Round 1 of the MEI FE Maths Competition, students across a range of curriculum areas took part in Round 2 - the College Final on Friday 11 February.

Students competed in pairs to win trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, with all students receiving a certificate for participation. Within the College Final, students were entered into different categories, dependent on their existing level in Maths - the Funkies, the Ein2steins and Go Forth. For each category, the students had to complete a Tarsia puzzle, which is a dominoes-style puzzle, and a Kahoot quiz.
