Aviation Operations Level 3 - Shaydon

Shaydon played football for his school team as well as with Raynes Park Vale FC but he has always been interested in aviation, particularly a career in Air Traffic Control.
He applied to the Royal Navy in November and had a face-to-face interview the following January. Shaydon was then offered a 10-week training programme at HMS Raleigh in Plymouth to become an Aircraft Controller on an aircraft carrier! As part of the application, he was required to create a fitness plan that he must work on, as he will start his training in September. If he succeeds after 10 weeks he will then join the 22-week programme for the role.
