HR Level 3 Apprenticeship - Charlotte

Charlotte is passionate about a career in HR, and decided that an Apprenticeship would be a great step to providing a practical insight into the industry.

She’s completing her Level 3 HR Support qualification with Schlumberger Oilfield UK PLC at Gatwick, where her role involves producing contracts and welcome packs, processing sick notes and ensuring good wellbeing of all employees.

She commented:

“I have loved learning how the world of HR operates and learning new skills to further my career."

Having been in the Apprenticeship for over a year now, Charlotte feels settles and is confident that the skills she has gained will help her in a future career, "that I probably would not have learnt if I hadn't done an Apprenticeship"

She has overcome challenges, such as facing Covid-19, but Charlotte explained how this has not stopped her learning and she has continued to study through online sessions "which have been very well run." 

Overall, the Apprenticeship experience has been an extremely rewarding one for Charlotte, as it allows her to put learning to work and for her it is: 

"the best decision I ever made."
