The Construction industry is vibrant and dynamic and there have never been so many opportunities for students within this field. Whether training as a Bricklayer, Carpenter, Painter and Decorator or Electrician; or progressing to Higher Education in order to become a Surveyor, Site Manager, Estimator or Inspector; the options open to students are considerable.

- Strong relationships with companies such as Wates Construction, City Electrical Factors, Brewers and Youngmans to ensure that students are kept up-to-date with industry developments
As a Construction student you will have the opportunity to:
> visit exhibitions including the Grand Designs exhibition
> take part in various regional and national competitions
> work on local projects in the community
> take part in a team building day
> you will need to buy your own personal protection equipment (PPE)
> you may also need to purchase your own tools and overalls
> there may be a cost for trips
