MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
This course is a partially work-related course and is ideal for those wanting to continue their training to become a chartered surveyor, site manager, architectural technician, estimator or local authority inspector within the industry.
You will be required to analyse real construction sites in order to give a practical dimension to projects and assignments, typically working in small groups to present ideas within a facilitated group setting. Your assignments are designed to help you develop personal qualities such as working on your own and in groups.
The course is continuously assessed through ongoing assignments and projects as appropriate to the subject. Deadlines will be strictly applied to the submission of work as in university and business practice. 8 units are required to complete this qualification.
