About the Course
This course is available as a Top-up for students who have completed a Foundation Degree, University Diploma or Higher National Diploma in a relevant subject. You will continue to develop a professional portfolio of photography work through a series of creative and challenging assignments, focusing on developing the technical and creative skills you previously acquired. This course will prepare you for progression into the industry as a professional photographer or in an associated profession.
Merit or Distinction profile from a Foundation Degree, University Diploma or Higher National Diploma in a relevant subject, plus a portfolio of recent creative work. |

The course is continuously assessed through assignments and ongoing Photographic Practise. There are no final exams, but there is a Dissertation and a Final Major Project.
You will develop analytical and practical skills, the ability to work with others in an organised manner and the ability to think laterally. These attributes can be applied to a wide range of career possibilities.
This qualification can lead to post-graduate study and/or employment in the photographic industry or other related careers.
