About the Course

This course allows you to complete the Construction & The Built Environment (Construction) HNC in one year.

On this course you’ll gain a theoretical understanding of the principles that underpin construction management, as well as the professional skills required to perform this successfully. This course is ideal if you are working in the construction industry and are looking to progress your career or on to further study.

Two A-Levels  grade C or equivalent Level 3 qualification in Construction & The Built Environment. Alternatively previous experience in the construction industry will be considered.

Individual Project (Pearson-set) // Construction Technology // Science & Materials // Construction Practice & Management // Legal and Statutory Responsibilities in Construction // Construction Information (Drawing, Detailing, Specification)

Plus two optional units to be discussed with tutor.

Continuing ongoing planned assignments and practical assignment tasks in some units.

Higher National Diploma, University Degree, Professional Qualification such as RICS or CIOB.
