This is a workshop style session offers advice and discussion on choosing a nursery for your child. Topics covered include; the different options available to you, what to look for, key questions to ask and the points to check when visiting a nursery.

This course is designed to look at various physical techniques to deal with different types of attacks and situations. This includes: escaping grabs from the front or behind, basic striking and kicking, distancing and timing, dealing with and disarming weapons such as knives, strikes to vulnerable points, escaping from the floor or being pinned down as well as using the environment to your advantage.
