Management Foundation Degree (FdA) (HE Full Time)
This Foundation Degree is designed specifically for those who want to develop and progress in management. The qualification provides an exciting opportunity for you to study the elements of management whilst working either in a management role or preparing for a similar role in the near future. The distinctive feature of this course is its emphasis on the workplace as a learning and development environment. A proportion of the assessments and course content relates directly to the student's workplace and role as a manager in it, and this provides a powerful and unique way to study management. There are case examples from students and their organisations, to create a greater understanding of management, personal capability and in turn the overall performance of organisations. This also provides a platform to progressing on to a BA Hons in Business Studies. This degree course is awarded by the University of Chichester.
