This Apprenticeship provides an opportunity to further enhance accounting skills, and study covers complex accounting techniques and team leader skills. Apprentices work towards mastering the art of drafting financial statements, managing budgets and evaluating financial performance, whilst also having the opportunity to specialise in areas such as tax, auditing and credit control. The Apprentice will develop and enhance their use of maths & English to a Level 2 standard if they have not previously achieved this

This is an intensive route where the HNC is completed in year 1 and the HND in year 2. This Apprenticeship is suitable for individuals who have completed a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Construction or are mature workers with significant industry experience at Level 3. The framework consists of a HNC in Construction and the built environment and a Level 4 NVQ in Construction Site Supervision. HR Consultant/Partner Level 5 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)
This apprenticeship standard contains options for HR specialisms and for people management responsibilities.This role could be called an HR Consultant or an HR Business Partner in different organisations. Individuals in this role will use their HR expertise to provide and lead the delivery of HR solutions to business challenges, together with tailored advice to the business in a number of HR areas, typically to mid-level and senior managers.The length of this apprenticeship should typically be 2-3 years, but could be closer to 18 months if the apprentice has previously completed the Level 3 apprenticeship. The apprentice will complete an appropriate qualification (as considered most relevant by the employer), within which they will be able to focus on their chosen option, from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development:CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management, CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management,Apprentices without Level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve this level prior to completion of their Apprenticeship
