Level 3 Children & Young People’s Workforce - Alison Shirley
Alison was awarded Student of the Year for Level 3 Children & Young People’s Workforce. She completed a work placement in her first year at Furzefield Primary School and was asked back in her second year on the course. She is hoping to work there full-time for a year before returning back to ESC to study on the Foundation Degree in Early Years Care & Education.
Alison said:
“I really enjoyed my course and want to become an early year’s teacher.”
