A short course for beginners who are looking to learn various jewellery making and silver work skills. Materials cost from £20.00 - £50.00 and are dependant on your choice of project, which can be discussed with the Tutor.
More advanced skills can also be covered.
UNITS/TOPICS COVERED:
Topics covered include Annealing, Soldering, Letter Stamping, Hammering, Forming and Filing, Oxidising, Roller Printing, Texturizing, and Design.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
Notebook, pen and pencil.
Materials can be purchased from the College at excellent rates and information will be given on where to purchase specialist materials if/when required.
There are no entry requirements for this course.

The fees displayed are the MAXIMUM payable by adults aged 19+ unless you qualify for a concessionary fee. Please be aware that there may be additional costs for materials.
Concessions
Tuition fees may be waived or reduced if you are on a low income or receive certain benefits.
If you don’t qualify for a concession, you will need to pay for your course in full or apply for an Advanced Learner Loan to cover the cost (Level 3-6 courses only).
