We work with employers, large and small, to deliver training programmes for your staff. These are a value-for-money way of booking group training for your teams (prices start from as little as £10 a head, depending on numbers) and we are happy to discuss any training need you have in your organisation, as we have access to a wealth of qualified trainers and teachers across many disciplines.

How much does in-house training cost?

Costs vary depending on group size and programme requirements and is discussed based on your organisations needs.

Can you tailor the training to our organisation?

Yes, all programmes are bespoke and designed around your organisation’s needs, workforce skills gaps and preferred delivery style. Trainers adapt content to reflect your sector, operation context and culture.

Can training be delivered on our premises or online?

Yes, training can be delivered at your workplace or chosen site, online or at one of our campuses whether employer-training facilities are available.

Who delivers the training?

Training is delivered by a large pool of qualified, experience trainers and teachers covering a wide variety of disciplines and industries.

Is there a minimum/maximum number of participants?

Yes, in-house training is ideally delivered for groups of at least 10 participants to ensure the best learning experience and value for employers.

There is no maximum number of participants for online delivery, whereas in-person sessions are capped at 30 attendees or the size of the venue if smaller.

How long does the training last?

Training duration varies depending on programme content and organisational goals. Delivery can be designed to suit your requirements and can be anything from a one-off hour long session to numerous sessions across the year.
