- Life cycle costing + cost planning

College study
College study
Apprentices attend college sessions one day per week, with in-person sessions held at East Surrey College’s Redhill campus and remote online participation available. The programme combines classroom teaching with live online participation, allowing apprentices to alternate between in-person and remote learning according to their circumstances.
Workplace experience
Workplace experience
Apprentices spend the remaining four days of the working week with their employer, developing practical skills and gaining the experience required to meet the apprenticeship and RICS professional competencies.
Apprenticeship funding
Apprenticeship funding helps employers invest in new talent and upskill existing staff.
Using both the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) and the Apprenticeship Levy, you can access funding for training and assessment.
