Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Discover the range of programmes designed for learners with learning difficulties or disabilities.
We understand everyone has different needs, so we work closely with parents and students to enable them to select the right programme.
Our courses are designed to help students reach their full potential and enhance their life skills. Our specialist pathways develop the confidence, skills and knowledge needed to progress into independent living, employment or further study.
Students have opportunities to take part in food preparation, IT, communication and team building activities. They will also develop their Maths and English skills and take qualifications in functional skills or GCSEs if appropriate.
The majority of our students will be fully integrated into College life. Students on our SEND courses are invited to take part in a range of College activities including sports, the annual Freshers’ Fair and Job Fair.
