The Supported Internship is a programme designed to develop the skills required for students with SEN to access employment and to find meaningful work that meets their aspirations. Students will attend college one day a week to learn the skills required in the workplace and a Job Coach will support the students to find work on three other days (hours and days in work are dependent on the individual student and the needs of the business).

- Health & Safety in the workplace
- Working with others
- Job search techniques
- Interview skills
- Personal presentation
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
Lever Arch File and basic stationery.
EHCP, interview and assessment. Working at Entry Level 3 in English and Maths.
- Paid Employment
- Voluntary Work
- Mainstream Level 1 Course
Completion of coursework and observations within the workplace.
Students aged 16 to 18, or those aged 16 to 24 who have a valid EHCP and are studying a full-time course, do not have to pay a course fee.
Students aged 19+ (without an EHCP) may have to pay tuition fees. Please contact Client Services for more information.
