The LEAP course focuses on developing confidence and employability skills, with opportunities for volunteering, enterprise projects, and work experience. Students will benefit from close pastoral support and a tutorial programme designed to build their personal and social skills.

No formal entry criteria, but the course is aimed at students who have completed at least one year of post 16 provision and are not looking for further academic progression. The course is designed to lead to paid employment.
This programme leads to employment in your local community.
Coursework, professional discussions, role play, and practical work.
Students aged 16 to 18, or those aged 16 to 24 who have a valid EHCP and are studying a full-time course, do not have to pay a course fee.
Students aged 19+ (without an EHCP) may have to pay tuition fees. Please contact Client Services for more information.
