Pana came to England, from Iran, 2 years ago. Coming to study ESOL at East Surrey College has massively improved his confidence but also given the opportunity to have fun and make friends with similar backgrounds.
“I came to England 2 years ago from Iran. I really like it here and enjoy coming to East Surrey College. I came here to improve my English, but the ESOL course has also helped me make friends with similar backgrounds. The teachers, especially Nadia, are so helpful and respectful; but they have boundaries. Once I finish the ESOL course I hope to go to university to become a doctor. I would recommend coming to East Surrey to people looking to improve their English because it is fun and has built my confidence.”
