Glow Wild Winter Lantern Festival
Date: 20 October 2017
For the second year running Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew set our Reigate School of Art students a brief to produce innovative willow and tissue paper lanterns to fit in with the theme ‘connecting to nature’ for this year’s Glow Wild Winter Lantern Festival at Wakehurst Place. With the guidance of John Varah from community arts organisation Same Sky, our students created imaginative installations which will be illuminated and arranged to create a trail through the gardens after dark.
Great work from all the Reigate School of Arts students who took part!
