On 13 August, BTEC and T Level Results Day was a morning of celebration as the hard work finally paid off for students waiting on their results.
Many students are headed off to university to pursue higher education, such as Oliver who received a Merit in his Construction T Level course and is now off to study Architecture at the University of Kent. “I can’t believe it,” he said after opening his results, expressing excitement for beginning his university journey.
Similarly, Business students Finlay and Jack are off to study Aerospace Engineering and Law at their respective universities, with Finlay receiving a fantastic 3 Distinctions across his results.
However, many students will continue their progression in the workplace. Having already put their practical skills to the test through work experience and placements, learners are equipped and ready to take the next step in their careers.
Thank you to all the staff and students who joined us for Results Day and congratulations to students who received their grades. The hard work and determination has finally paid off and it was great to see how excited everyone was as they celebrated the beginning of their next steps. Whether this is university or employment, we are proud of their success and wish them good luck for their futures.
