The IMI Entry Level Diploma assists you to embark on a career in vehicle repair; you will learn vehicle servicing and repair through a mixture of practical and theoretical tasks in our newly built and highly equipped motor vehicle workshop and classrooms. This course will allow you to learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or career progression in the automotive industry.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
All students will be required to wear College uniform.Steel toe capped boots must be worn at all times when in the workshops. Students will also need to bring in stationery equipment such as pens, pencils, calculator, lever arch folder and recommended textbooks.
No formal qualifications needed.
This course provides a progression route to a Level 1 qualification with the potential for a career in the Motor Industry by means of further training, full time employment or an Apprenticeship.
No formal qualifications needed but students are required to undergo assessment.
Students aged 16 to 18, or those aged 16 to 24 who have a valid EHCP and are studying a full-time course, do not have to pay a course fee.
Students aged 19+ (without an EHCP) may have to pay tuition fees. Please contact Client Services for more information.
