
National Careers Week Round-Up

National Careers Week was an exciting opportunity for students to learn more about the available resources to help aid them in preparation for leaving education. Students were able to engage with a series of employers and could learn about the skills required to work within a specific industry.

Our Childcare students had a visit from St Johns Nursery in Redhill, Aimee and Lauren spoke to students about their personal experiences within the nursery and spoke about Careers in early years setting. |

We launched our NEW online Careers Hub which offers valuable resources for students and parents. Students can follow upcoming events, read student stories, meet the Careers team, and take part in interactive tools! Take part in our Skills-o-meter Quiz and use the Careers-o-meter comparison tool to find out more about your dream job! |

Staff and clients from the care provider, County Care came in to speak to our Health & Social Care students about the rewarding nature and diversity within the care industry. They spoke to students about offering support to people with disabilities and mental health challenges "to live their best lives". |

Aviation Level 3 and Cabin Crew Level 2 students welcomed Wizz Air speakers on Friday to speak about the Travel & Tourism industry. Tom and Krista spoke to students about upcoming opportunities within Wizz Air, including recruitment days, the Wizz Air Academy, and career progression. |
