ESC Students take part in SPARKS Awards

Two of our Electrical Installation apprentices took part in the Sparks Magazine Student of the Year Award.

The Sparks competition allows young electricians the opportunity to showcase their skills, celebrating the up-and-coming talent across the UK and instilling confidence in the next generation of the electrical industry.

The competition kicked off in January/February when Level 2 and 3 electrical students competed across six regional locations in England and Wales.

Reece, an Electrical installation Level 2 Apprentice took part in the Southeast Regional Heat on Tuesday 21 February at Aldershot College. Reece received a certificate for participating and was complimented for his incredible work on the day.

Caitlin-Rose, an Electrical Installation Level 3 Apprentice took part in the Southeast Regional Heat for the new Sparks Female Skills Competition. After a thrilling day at Harrow College, Caitlin-Rose was announced as one of 9 finalists! Caitlin-Rose will be battling it out at the live final in March.
