I am the Work Placement Coordinator at both the John Ruskin College and East Surrey College. My professional journey has been shaped by a passion for helping young adults transition from their educational years into the world of work.

With a solid foundation of 10 years of experience as an employment practitioner and a BASE qualification, I have had the privilege of providing effective support to young adults on their path from learning to entering the workforce. Witnessing their growth and development throughout this process has been immensely gratifying.

Before stepping into the field of Career and Employability in the education sector, I spent 5 years working in further education as a high-level Teaching Assistant and Mathematics tutor. This background has enriched my understanding of the educational landscape and the needs of students.

I'm excited to work alongside you and contribute to the growth and development of our students as they embark on their journey from learning to working life.
