Tim Bevans - Governor

Member of the Learning and Quality and Strategy Committees

Tim is the Director of Regional Engagement with the Education & Training Foundation. 

He has over 25 years’ leadership experience in the Further Education sector, working in large, multi-site providers.  In his current role with the ETF, he is working across the FE sector to improve the quality of teaching, learning and leadership, where he leads a national team engaging with FE colleges and providers across the UK, with a particular focus on T Level support.

He lives locally in Guildford and having worked in FE across Surrey, has a good understanding of the student demographic and opportunities and challenges the region presents.
