Seasonal Vulnerabilities

The Christmas holiday period can be a lovely time, but for some people it can be difficult, and they may be more vulnerable for a number of different reasons.  Below are a few of the reasons, but there may be many more.

  • Feeling lonely
  • Winter weather
  • More time spent with family
  • Time away from friends or people who are important
  • More time spent online
  • Past traumas being revisited
  • Financial pressure

If you have any concerns over the winter break and need to talk or contact someone, some useful links are below.
