Art Design & Contemporary Media UAL Level 4 Foundation Diploma (Full Time)
Aimed at post A-Level students as well as mature students with relevant experience or qualifications, this course is a required prerequisite for most university level creative subject areas. You will study a very broad range that includes painting and drawing as well as workshops in 3D, traditional and non-traditional skills. There is a focus on materials, processes and methods as you develop your own considered approach. You will need to be self-motivated as you will be set challenging work. Make-Up, Special Effects & Hair for Media & Performance Foundation Degree (FdA) (HE Full Time)
This two year Foundation Degree course enables students to develop a full awareness of the creative and media industries to learn the technical skills required to work as a specialist make-up artist and to build a professional portfolio. There will be both practical and theoretical sessions. With an emphasis on the use of modern and traditional technology and the development of professional skills. The course is designed to support careers within the theatre as well as in film and television, but will also include aspects of fashion and work in other creative industries.
