The Devil Wears Prada, more like The Devil Wears ESC! We are super proud of our Reigate School of Art and UAL Extended Diploma in Creative Practice: Art, Design and Communication students whose work has been recently showcased at The Light Redhill, following the screening of the brand-new The Devil Wears Prada 2 film.  Â

The display featured an array of eye-catching designs created by our talented students, including a sculptural textile corset, a botanical kimono, an upcycled narrative shirt and a denim jacket with hook detailing. The pieces made a striking impression in The Light’s cinema space and highlighted the incredible creativity of our students.

One of the featured students, Iona, designed several of the exhibition pieces. She chose to study Art and Design at ESC after being “impressed with the size of the art department and how (ESC) has more resources to support (her) development, which stood out compared to other colleges.”

Seeing Iona’s work exhibited to the local community feels like a real full-circle moment. From joining ESC to develop her creative skills to now showcasing her work in a public exhibition, her journey is a fabulous example of the progress and confidence our students gain during their time at college.
