9 February 2024
We have reached the end of National Apprenticeship Week 2024 and we are looking back on another successful week.
We’ve welcomed employers and local schools to the College whilst attending lots of events in the local community.
Reflecting on this week, Director of Apprenticeships, Ian Edmunds has added his comments:

Richard Brooks, Business Development & Projects Manager, one of our many busy team members this week has been attending some of the external events:
“This week I have been discussing with employers their apprenticeship recruitment needs for September 2024, I have also been presenting in school assemblies to inform young people about their choices after GCSE’s. Apprenticeship week is an important time of the year, many employers will be launching their recruitment campaigns and it is great to see the many opportunities available.”
Hearing from Mark Scrimshaw, Business Account Manager:
“We have had some great interactions with prospective students this week, opening up about the opportunities available at ESC. We’ve really been able to spread the word of apprenticeships. Across our community”
