Abbie chose a Traineeship as she thought it would be a good way to develop skills that would help her find a career.
She said “I really like that we do something different all the time and the tutors are really good at encouraging us. I really like that most of the work is practical.”
Completing the Traineeship has boosted Abbie’s confidence and she is now looking into her future career options but plans to progress to Painting & Decorating Level 2 at ESC.
